My wife found a possum in front of our house, dead from a passing car. The possum's three pups were still alive and suckling. Pulling them off was difficult, as you can see.

A neighbor took the pups "down state Delaware" to Hillary Taylor, a certified Wildlife Rehabilitator. A few months later, the grown pups were released into the wild, away from the suburbs.
